The Bicep Slicer

Engraved plate illustrating The Bicep Slicer
Plate rendered by AI in the manner of the old engravers, drawn from reference. We are refining every figure toward anatomical exactness; some plates are near perfect and a few still carry small errors.

  1. 01

From half guard beneath, secure the crossed grip: your same-side arm laces beneath the opponent's captured arm at the elbow, hand reaching to grip your own opposite lapel or wrist.

  2. 02

Walk the hips out to a perpendicular angle, using the bottom leg to control the opponent's near hip and prevent retreat.

  3. 03Precision point

Free the top leg and thread the shin across the opponent's bent arm, positioning the bone of the shin directly into the crease of the biceps, not the forearm.

  4. 04

Clamp the captured wrist against your own chest or shoulder, denying any straightening of the elbow.

  5. 05

Draw the trapped hand toward the same-side shoulder, folding the arm tighter upon itself.

  6. 06

Extend the hips downward and draw the shin upward in a scissoring motion, applying pressure through the biceps and elbow simultaneously until submission or the expected structural yield.
