SURGICAL JIU-JITSU
Chapter III

Dislocations of the Arm

The elbow admits one direction of travel and the shoulder admits several, which is exactly what makes each vulnerable. This chapter isolates the arm the way a surgeon isolates a vessel: control the wrist, control the elbow line, remove the slack, and apply force only along the plane the joint cannot answer. Speed is not the instrument here. Inevitability is.
