Sweeps and Reversals
A sweep is a dislocation of balance. The patient is the opponent's base: find where it bears weight, remove that support at the precise moment it is loaded, and gravity completes the procedure without further instruction. These plates are studies in timing more than strength. Done correctly, a sweep feels to the opponent like an accident and to you like a scheduled appointment.
